Job Summary and Qualifications Position Summary The Associate Procurement Analyst will support process technology enablement initiatives within ITG Procurement. This role will play a critical part in driving transformation within Procurement by supporting the evaluation, implementation, integration, and optimization of procurement systems, data and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, experience with procurement technologies, and a passion for using data and systems to streamline operations and enhance stakeholder experiences.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Support the configuration, administration, and maintenance of procurement platforms (e.g., Conga, ServiceCentral, Reporting Dashboards)
  • Ensure high-quality procurement data; support the development of dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for internal stakeholders using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or system-native reporting features
  • Analyze existing procurement workflows and propose improvements enabled by automation, system features, or data integration
  • Assist in monitoring adherence to Procurement policies and controls through system-enabled checkpoints and approval workflows
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed in support of ITG goals and objectives
  • Assist in configuring and testing procurement systems
  • Provide continual operational support to Procurement, field, and cross-functional teams
  • Support integration of procurement platforms across the department
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role Preferred Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Licenses, Certifications, & Training:
  • Certified in Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management or Procurement from a nationally recognized institution.
