What you will do:
: QXO is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to drive proactive talent identification and pipeline development across key functions. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to map target markets, engage passive talent, and deliver data-driven sourcing strategies that support priority hiring initiatives. You will play a critical role in identifying competitive talent landscapes, building structured pipelines, and providing visibility into labor market dynamics. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, competitive mapping, referrals, and market research. Conduct structured talent mapping to identify competitors, succession targets, and emerging talent pools across priority functions. Partner with recruiters at intake to align on success profiles, labor market realities, and calibrated search strategy. Proactively engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and disciplined follow-up. Build proactive, role-specific pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs to ensure consistent market coverage. Provide data-driven market insights that inform candidate calibration, search direction, and hiring expectations. Monitor outreach performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics; adjust strategy based on results. Design and maintain structured talent pipelines within iCIMS, leveraging tagging, segmentation, and CRM functionality to support long-term engagement and visibility. Champion sourcing best practices and system discipline across the TA team.
What you will bring:
: 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or agency environment. Demonstrated expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive candidate engagement, and talent mapping. Experience supporting complex or hard-to-fill searches. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate labor market data into actionable sourcing strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and adapt quickly as business priorities shift. Strong organizational discipline and follow-through in a dynamic environment. Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS/CRM platforms preferred.
