We specialize in solutions for the Semiconductor, Automotive, Electronics, Energy, Telecom, and Defense industries. About the role We are looking to have a Purchase Order Specialist join our team. What you'll do Creation and maintenance of purchase orders in SAP, including scheduling agreements and outline agreements. Resolution of basic PO issues including, but not limited to, PO setup corrections, over-receipt of goods on PO's and resolving payment issues Understanding of policies, procedures and business rules Initiation of Ivalua requests to support supplier setups Review of operational and compliance reporting to resolve aging/outstanding issues Follow-up with end users, as needed, to address outstanding issues on the PO Qualifications Basic education (High School diploma) Must be fluent in English & Spanish Experience with data entry in SAP or similar ERP systems Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) Ability to learn and comply with company policies, procedures and business rules Time management and task execution skills Detail-oriented and accurate, able to multitask, and meet transactional performance metrics Ability to resolve basic issues Talent101 pays referral fees.
