Full Job Description Job Summary :
Purchasing Specialist The Purchasing Specialist utilizes blanket purchase agreements, standing orders, corporate credit cards and purchase orders to acquire services, material, equipment and construction in support of heath care operations for the hospital.
Work Experience:
Three years as a purchasing clerk or commodity Buyer experience preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong IT experience can be used in lieu of Buyer experience. High school graduate or equivalent
Required Skills:
Proficient with computerized purchasing/inventory systems. Effective oral and written communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software applications to include Word, Excel, Access and Power Point. Central area 8-5pm Mon-Friday $24.02/hr. and is a 3-month assignment where Temp to Hire for the right candidate. Please stop by 4707 Montana or send your resume to
