is highly valued. The successful candidate will execute and support purchasing activities for internal users to ensure the timely procurement of materials, supplies, spare parts, and services, in compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, delivery requirements, and

ISO 9001

guidelines. Key Responsibilities Purchasing & Sourcing Ensure the supply of raw materials, packaging, consumables, and spare parts for the Houston plant, both locally and through imports. Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to select the most suitable option based on price, quality, and delivery terms. Support the acquisition of goods and services according to internal requirements. Issue purchase recommendations and support purchase order decisions. Supplier Management Evaluate the performance of critical suppliers based on: Product quality, Delivery times, Claims and non-conformities Identify supplier improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. Search for, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization. Coordination & Follow-up Coordinate with suppliers to ensure deliveries meet quality, quantity, and delivery time requirements. Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery or quality issues. Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding order status. Systems & Compliance Support and maintain purchasing processes in accordance with

ISO 9001

requirements. Generate, modify, and validate purchasing-related documentation and procedures. Maintain accurate purchasing records in ERP systems (SAP preferred). Education Bachelor's degree preferred in: Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field Equivalent education and relevant purchasing experience will be considered. Experience 1+ year of experience (including internships or entry-level roles) in: Purchasing, Procurement, Supply chain operations Experience purchasing industrial supplies, spare parts, or electrical/mechanical materials preferred. Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Per Year
