Pay Rate :
$26.00/hr. based on benefit inclusions Job Summary This role serves as a central analytics and project management resource supporting a global procurement team focused on steel categories. The position is responsible for driving data consolidation, delivering market intelligence insights, and building executive-level reporting across multiple regions. The individual will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, enhancing reporting consistency, and supporting strategic procurement initiatives through structured analysis and governance. Responsibilities Develop and maintain global dashboards tracking pricing indices, cost drivers, and supplier performance metrics Analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for procurement strategy Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, including executive-level presentations and reporting materials Track and manage key initiatives, including timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution Partner with category managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic sourcing activities Standardize analytics, reporting frameworks, and templates across global teams to improve consistency and efficiency Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization Leverage data tools and technologies to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability Years of Experience and Education 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business analytics, or related field Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline required Master's degree may be considered in place of some experience Skills Required Advanced data analytics and visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Strong proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, data modeling, and scenario analysis Experience creating executive-level presentations using PowerPoint with clear and concise storytelling Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to automate reporting, enhance analytics, and improve productivity Familiarity with automation tools such as Python or Power Automate preferred Understanding of commodity markets, cost drivers, and global supply chain dynamics (steel preferred) Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority #LI-MJ1 #INDEPI
