Supplies Coordinator Location/Type:
Plano, TX •
Full-Time Onsite Pay:
$52,000-$62,000 annually
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM You'll help ensure teams have the supplies and vendor support they need without delays, shortages, or unnecessary costs. What you'll do Source suppliers and evaluate vendor performance. Process purchase orders and procurement documents. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms. Monitor inventory and purchasing needs. Track orders and resolve supply issues. Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports. Partner with finance on budget planning. Must-haves Associate degree or related supply chain education. 3+ years in procurement or purchasing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. Analytical problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organization.
Perks & Pay Pay:
