Analyst - Procurement

Position Summary Overview The Procurement Analyst supports Prime Communications' retail operations through vendor management, field support, and spend control. This role serves as a key link between vendors, stores, and internal teams to ensure procurement activities are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective. This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing relationships while maintaining strong operational oversight. Key Responsibilities . Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned vendors . Ensure vendor performance meets service, quality, and cost expectations . Resolve escalations and partner with vendors on improvements and cost savings . Support stores and field teams with procurement needs and issue resolution . Provide clear communication and timely follow-up on requests . Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective support . Review and manage procurement requests to ensure policy and budget alignment . Maintain visibility into purchasing activity and identify cost-saving opportunities . Support invoice validation and ensure accuracy across procurement transactions . Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities . Provide insights on vendor performance and spend . Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements:

Qualifications . Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred . 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, or inventory support . Excellent written and spoken English communication skills . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex order issues . Experience using internal ticketing or request management systems . Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously . Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
