What You Will Do:

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Support and execute sourcing initiatives across assigned spend categories using Total Delivered Cost (TDC) methodologies Partner with Category and Country Leads to develop and execute RFIs/RFPs, analyze supplier proposals, and provide recommendations Assist in supplier negotiations and category strategy development Identify and qualify alternative suppliers in collaboration with supply chain, quality, and RDE teams Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive sourcing success Procurement Operations Manage vendor onboarding and supplier setup processes Maintain Outline Agreements, including pricing updates and quota management Execute daily procurement activities such as material expedites, invoice reconciliation, and supplier communications Support procurement for new product introductions and integration activities Ensure efficient execution of the Source-to-Pay process Analytics, Reporting & Systems Track and manage savings initiatives, including pipeline development and validation Utilize tools such as Power BI or similar platforms to support reporting and decision-making Develop understanding of procurement systems and their integration with business functions Supply Continuity, Risk & Compliance Investigate and resolve supply disruptions, constraints, and quality issues Communicate risks and mitigation plans to internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with procurement policies, KPIs, and regulatory requirements Support risk identification and management within procurement processes Process Improvement & Projects Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives Support or lead cross-functional procurement and supply chain projects Drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency Participate in global standardization initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain planning (materials/chemicals preferred) Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role

Strong communication and presentation skills Results-driven mindset with strong initiative Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organizations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Familiarity with procurement systems and tools (SAP, Power BI, etc.)
