Location:
Cedar City, UT We are seeking a Construction Purchaser to join our growing team and play a key role in keeping our projects supplied, on schedule, and on budget. If you excel at sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating deliveries in a fast-paced construction environment, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities Source & purchase materials for residential projects Request and evaluate bids to secure competitive pricing Negotiate contracts , terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely arrival at job sites Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and procurement records Collaborate with project management to forecast material needs and adjust orders Resolve supplier issues , shortages, or damaged shipments Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills Ability to read construction plans (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Apply today! #1688CC
