Job Description

Your role In this role, you'll be at the center of our operation—connecting supply, production, and customer delivery. Your work directly impacts how efficiently we build, how reliably we deliver, and how well we serve our customers. If you enjoy solving problems, working cross-functionally, and driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. You'll play a key role in balancing demand, supply, and production by: Planning & Scheduling Build and manage production schedules to meet customer commitments Release and prioritize shop orders to keep manufacturing running smoothly Adjust plans based on forecast changes, engineering updates, and real-time needs Identify risks early and help create recovery plans to stay on track Procurement & Supplier Coordination Manage purchase orders and ensure materials arrive on time Partner with suppliers to track deliveries, resolve issues, and keep production moving Proactively address shortages, backorders, and supply disruptions Inventory & Material Flow Help maintain accurate inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure system accuracy Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and suppliers Communicate priorities clearly to keep everyone aligned Support product changes, transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives To succeed, you will need Experience in planning, scheduling, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think ahead and adjust quickly A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Confidence working with data, systems, and Microsoft Excel In return, we offer Culture of trust and accountability Lifelong learning and career growth Innovation powered by people Comprehensive compensation and benefits Health and well-being Job location This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Logan, Utah, United States (US).
