If you thrive on balancing strategy with execution, managing suppliers, optimizing inventory, and making real-time decisions that matter. We want to hear from you! What You'll Do You'll be at the center of operations, connecting suppliers, production, and finance to keep everything running smoothly. Plan and procure materials to support Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing Manage purchase orders based on MRP and production needs Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams on builds and improvements Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (pricing, units of measure, etc.) Build and manage strong vendor relationships Keep inventory lean while ensuring production never stops Drive cost savings and supplier optimization initiatives Track performance metrics (delivery, cost, inventory turns) Support month-end financial processes with Finance/CFO Ensure cost accuracy across systems (standard cost, last cost, rollups) Maintainpliance with customer and regulatory standards What You Bring 3+ years in purchasing, planning, or procurement (manufacturing/electronics preferred) Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting Understanding of cost structures and inventory valuation Highlyanized with strong problem-solving skills Excellentmunication and teamwork mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Nice to Have Experience in electrical, electromechanical, or wire harness manufacturing APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)

Pay Details:
