Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Entry-Level Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management activities across the organization. This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and contracts, monitoring inventory and purchasing trends, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders, and a solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
Note:
Remote work is not available for this position, this is 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities Source and procure materials, products, and services in accordance with company policies and budget requirements Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and service agreements Review purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and product quality Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with operations, finance, and inventory teams to forecast purchasing needs Resolve invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, and vendor concerns Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field preferred 1-3 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Experience with ERP or procurement software systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial procurement environments Knowledge of contract management and strategic sourcing practices Professional certification such as CPSM, CPPB, or APICS is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Professional development opportunities

$54,347.78 - $65,451.09 per year
