Covenant Woods is looking for a Full-Time Procurement Specialist to join our team. This individual needs to be able to provide exceptional service with minimal supervision.
SHIFT:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
SOME FUNCTION INCLUDE
Receive and Issue purchase orders Issue items based upon requests from various departments Maintain purchase orders and item issue database in accounting ERP system Assist in dispersal of donated/excess items Assist with tracking and maintaining storage space for the facility Receiving and tracking procurement packages daily
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Must communicate fluently in English. Computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and accounting ERP systems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work requires standing and walking for half of the workday Must be able to lift an average of 25 pounds up to 50 pounds Carry / Push an average of 10 pounds up to 50 pounds We recognize that our continued success is thanks to our employees.
