Associate Procurement Agent -
AvionX Company:
The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our AvionX Procurement team in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA. This team handles all necessary contracting, procurement, and ensured delivery supporting the Boeing AvionX Program. Duties include coordinating new contract negotiations and setup, requests for quotes, PO placement, supplier performance management, and ensured delivery tracking. The candidate will work closely and need to communicate effectively with both the Boeing Supply Base and various internal Boeing stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply Support the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements Gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements Associate Level; Can perform the above tasks with little or general supervision Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management Experience in a role that required strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets 1+ years of experience establishing, improving and reinforcing functional discipline for first time quality performance, on-time delivery, and productivity improvements 1+ years of experience supply chain, procurement and/or warehouse inventory management Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience in a role that required strong communication skills, written and verbal Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Experience with
SAP & NWP
Experience as a Procurement Agent is desired

$74,800.00 - $101,200.00
