Responsibilities Manage materials planning, purchasing, and inventory levels to support production schedules Secure and analyze supplier quotations to support cost‑effective decision‑making Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers Maintain budget awareness and support cost‑reduction initiatives Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, documentation, or performance Communicate professionally with suppliers and customers regarding order status, lead times, and technical requirements Create and maintain detailed workflows, process documentation, and purchasing records Coordinate material availability with production planning to ensure on‑time delivery Support continuous improvement efforts in procurement and scheduling processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in purchasing, planning, or supply‑chain coordination (aerospace strongly preferred) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and precision sheet‑metal fabrication Experience in the manufacturing industry Proficiency in materials planning, purchasing, and inventory management Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO)
