Job Description

Mid-Level Operations Procurement Agent Company:
The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Procurement Agent (Level 3 or Level 4) to join the Secondary Structures and AM&S team in Everett, Washington. As an Operations Procurement Agent at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships and project managing all aspects of their performance, blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn and collaborate, and a passion for Supply Chain. This role will directly impact our operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the success of our aircraft production and delivery. Some travel, domestic and/or international, will be required for this position.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated organizational risk mitigation plans and schedules, and guide the development of business strategies, goals and objectives. Participate in on-site supplier assessments with the procurement agent (e.g., Preferred Supplier Certification, Proof of Process and Rate Readiness) to identify supplier capacity and capability to perform current and projected work statement and support Boeing procurement strategy Monitors suppliers' performance-to-plan; assesses supplier resource plans Proactively communicate with senior leadership, peers, suppliers, and customers, including communicating business vision and strategies, program or project status, conducting and participating in leadership meetings, and delivering presentations. Establish partnerships and relationships across various business units with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers. Identifies and communicates opportunities to implement new processes or improve existing processes Work with urgency and make decisions weighing business goals Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes 5+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes 5+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10% may be required) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 7+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management 7+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field Experience presenting to executive leadership for awareness and negotiation experience
Typical Education/ Experience:
Typically, 7 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Summary Pay Range:
Level 3: $94,900 - $128,200 Level 4: $118,000 - $160,000
