We are seeking a motivated, results-driven procurement professional who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and delivering results. This individual will play a key role in strategic sourcing, supplier development, RFQ management, and cross-functional collaboration while helping drive procurement initiatives that support company growth and operational excellence. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong RFQ management experience, including supplier selection, quote evaluation, cost analysis, and negotiation. Demonstrated ability to independently identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive improvements through completion. Experience developing, managing, and strengthening supplier relationships. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and specifications preferred. Thorough understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, inventory control, and supplier performance metrics. Experience negotiating pricing, lead times, terms, and supplier agreements. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support business objectives. Lead RFQ activities, supplier negotiations, and sourcing decisions. Build, develop, and manage strategic supplier relationships. Identify and qualify new suppliers to support growth and mitigate risk. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a mentor and resource for Procurement team members. Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and supply chain performance. Lead projects that support operational excellence and long-term growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer and business requirements. Ensure accurate purchasing data, effective supplier communication, and timely procurement execution. Ensure compliance with
ISO/AS9100
requirements and company policies. This Position Is Ideal for Someone Who Takes initiative and doesn't wait for direction. Naturally looks for ways to improve processes and solve problems. Enjoys building relationships and negotiating with suppliers. Thinks strategically while still executing the details. Is motivated by challenges, growth, and continuous improvement. Wants to play a key role in helping build a world-class supply chain organization. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to move throughout a manufacturing environment as needed. Additional Information This position is onsite and is not eligible for remote work. Due to the nature of our work, applicants must meet all applicable ITAR requirements.
