About Us As an airline from Taipei Taiwan entering Arizona, STARLUX Airlines (www.starlux-airlines.com) created everything from the ground up. STARLUX Airlines invites applications from qualified professionals for the Cargo Sales position, which will be based in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities 1. Cargo Sales Be able to proficiently present the Company's products and services to potential customers. Develop local cargo customer base via sales calls, presentations, meetings, negotiations or other similar means; Handle cargo reservations and provide outstanding service to clients to resolve questions and issues; Maintain relationships and connections with current local customers; meet Company cargo sales targets and KPI; Prepare sales reports or other written paperwork; Provide local market analysis and participate in the development of local cargo sales strategies; Communicate and coordinate with relevant internal/external parties (e.g. Taiwan HQ, Port Authorities, CAA, etc); Have a car and a valid driver's license: is able to travel and meet with potential clients throughout the work day. 2. Initial Setup Assist with initial cargo setup in PHX and support internal and external communication and coordination. 3. Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate manager. Qualifications 1. Have excellent leadership, multitasking, communication, and coordination skills. 2. Be able to react quickly, solve problems and is a team player. 3. Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 4. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
