We are currently hiring an Ocean & Air Export Coordinator for our Los Angeles office. This position is primarily focused on ocean export operations, with some exposure to air export shipments. Candidates should have at least 3 years of export experience and be comfortable handling export shipments and daily coordination with customers and overseas partners. Qualifications and Skills Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Minimum 3 years of export experience (ocean export required; air export experience is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Good written and verbal communication skills. Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must

Bilingual:

English & Chinese (Mandarin) preferred Responsibilities Handle full-cycle ocean export operations from booking to final documentation Support air export shipments including booking coordination and documentation Coordinate bookings with steamship lines, airlines, and overseas agents Prepare export documents including HBL / MBL, Shipping Instructions, Invoices, Packing Lists, AWB (as needed) Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, truckers, warehouses, and airlines Monitor vessel and flight schedules, cut-off times, and cargo readiness Provide shipment updates and resolve export-related issues Maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems Benefits Health Insurance 100% paid by the company (Medical, Dental & Vision) Paid Vacation. 401k after 1yr anniversary with company matching 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off & paid holidays Sick days
