Hourly/Non-exempt Responsibilities:

Track and review ocean/air shipping status to ensure timely departure/ arrival/ delivery of freight; enter milestone data. Prepare and review all necessary Import documentation including Arrival Notice Commercial invoices, packing list, and bills of lading. Work and communicate with customs brokers and logistics providers to resolve any potential issues/delays. Interface with global logistics partners to coordinate international shipments. Guide clients through the complexities of international trade. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the highest level of service possible. Communicate with vendors, truckers, and customers to provide freight solutions & high-end customer service experience. Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and documentation. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the import process.

Qualifications and Skills:

2 years+ Freight Forwarding experience required. Strong knowledge of import regulations and documentation requirements. Familiar with Incoterms and international shipping practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Mandarin and English Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration is preferred
