Job Description
Job Responsibilities Track and monitor customer shipment status and provide timely updates to customers. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers to ensure accurate shipment information. Maintain and organize shipment records within the company freight management system. Understand international shipping and trade procedures to assist customers with shipping solutions and logistics planning. Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processing. Qualifications & Skills Strong professional email and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
