Loading Systems Operator

Job Overview:

D Freight Carriers Inc is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Loading Systems Operator to support daily warehouse and freight operations. In this role, you will operate and monitor loading systems, coordinate cargo movement, and ensure freight is processed efficiently for transportation and distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate automated and manual loading systems for freight handling Load and unload shipments accurately and safely Monitor conveyor systems, loading docks, and cargo flow Inspect freight for damage and verify shipment documentation Maintain organized staging and storage areas Follow company safety procedures and warehouse regulations Coordinate with warehouse associates, drivers, and dispatch teams Perform routine equipment checks and report operational issues Assist with inventory movement and shipment preparation Maintain productivity and accuracy during peak shipping periods

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, or loading experience is an advantage Ability to lift and move heavy materials when required Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and loading systems Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime if needed Basic communication and teamwork abilities Forklift certification is a plus

Pay:

$19.40 - $23.00 per hour
