Job Description

Guets Services Team At FREIGHT S.L.umber Yard FREIGHT at S.L.umber Yard - Leadville, CO S.L.umber Yard, CO is looking for a Front Desk Hotel Team Member to join our team. We have 13 private cabins, and our guest service staff assist with reservations, guest needs, and quality checks on cabins.
Location:
321 E 11th St, Leadville, CO Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable initiating conversations with guests.
Current need:
We are especially looking for candidates who are available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday). We might need some weekdays at night. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Manage guest reservations using multiple computer systems/databases Perform quality checks and assist with cabin readiness Maintain front desk and office organization Qualifications Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer-facing role Strong communication and customer service skills (in person and by phone) Time management and organizational skills Comfort with spreadsheets and word-processing software We look forward to welcoming the right candidate to our team!
