$18.00-$22.00/hour, depending on experienceHours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmDuration:
Temporary to Possible HireJOB DESCRIPTION
- Process carrier invoices and issue payments accurately and on time
- Review and verify load documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations)
- Enter and reconcile billing/payment data in internal systems
- Audit charges, including accessories (detention, lumper, FSC)
- Match paperwork to loads and submit for broker approval
- Follow up with carriers for missing documents or discrepancies
- Communicate with brokers and internal teams to resolve issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of freight payables or brokerage experience required
- Strong understanding of carrier payments and load documentation
- High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
- Proficient with Excel and transportation/accounting systems (TMS preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior transportation experience require
