Job Description

We are seeking a Freight Broker to drive revenue within a logistics brokerage environment, with full ownership of customer acquisition and freight execution. This is a performance-driven sales role where you will build and grow your own book of business, close new shippers, and manage freight from pickup through delivery. You'll operate with a high level of autonomy while being fully accountable for revenue, margins, and customer relationships. Responsibilities 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation sales Proven ability to generate new business and close deals Experience building or managing a book of business (preferred) Strong understanding of freight markets, carrier operations, and pricing Ability to operate independently in a commission-driven environment Must have direct logistics/brokerage experience (non-industry sales will not be considered) Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing freight from quote to delivery (preferred) Requirements 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation sales Proven ability to generate new business and close deals Experience building or managing a book of business (preferred) Strong understanding of freight markets, carrier operations, and pricing Ability to operate independently in a commission-driven environment Must have direct logistics/brokerage experience (non-industry sales will not be considered) Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing freight from quote to delivery (preferred) Benefits $72,000 draw (~$1,500/week) + up to 20% commission on gross profit Health insurance + benefits package Retirement plan options Paid time off High earning potential with uncapped commission structure
