Curated Logistics LLC is a fast-growing freight brokerage specializing in temperature-controlled and dry LTL/truckload, oversized, and flatbed shipments across the U.S. We deliver tailored logistics solutions and pride ourselves on open communication and top-tier customer service.

What You'll Do As A Freight Broker:

Prospect, engage, and close new shipper accounts via phone, email, and networking Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Negotiate rates and coordinate shipments with carriers and shippers Use systems to prospect customers, quote, and track shipments. Communicate proactively to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation & Structure:

1099

Contractor Position Hourly Pay:

$16.50/hr (in-office)

Commission:

50% of gross profit for loads you cover for your customers.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales is a plus, but not required Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Comfortable with phone/email outreach and relationship building Based in or willing to commute to Wichita, KS or Emporia, KS Why Join Us?
