This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented drivers with prior delivery experience who understand the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism when handling freight and cargo. Unlike most 1099 driving roles, you will NOT need to provide your own vehicle.
NO VEHICLE COSTS - COMPANY-PROVIDED VAN
We provide the Sprinter van, insurance, and maintenance. You just drive. In an industry where many 1099 drivers are burdened with vehicle repairs, depreciation, and high insurance costs, System Oriented LLC removes that risk so you can focus on driving and earning — not vehicle expenses. Compensation Weekly pay Pay based on experience and assigned route volume Consistent, local freight routes (no long-haul) Key Responsibilities Safely transport freight and cargo to designated locations Follow established delivery schedules and proof-of-delivery procedures Ensure proper handling and secure transport of all shipments Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time Conduct vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance issues Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations teams Required Qualifications Prior delivery or driving experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required) Reliable transportation to and from work Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable using GPS and route navigation tools Professional communication and customer service skills Hiring Process Our hiring process is straightforward but intentional. Qualified candidates will first complete a brief screening via Google Meet — this is an opportunity to demonstrate punctuality and the ability to follow directions. Those who pass will be invited to an in-person interview.
