Full Job Description About the Role Modular Transportation is seeking a motivated Logistics Broker to join our stable, family-owned flatbed trucking company. In this role, you will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, solve complex logistics issues, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. What's in it for You? Guaranteed Base +
Commission :
$40,000 - $70,000 base compensation (based on an average 45-hour work week) plus uncapped commission potential.

Day Paid Training Program :
Learn our TMS platforms, master daily operations, and develop negotiation skills through guided carrier and customer outreach.
Build Your Load Board :
Use your training to help cover company freight. Secure carriers for time-sensitive freight, prospect new customers, and manage daily operations.
Manage Relationship Cycles :
Establish long-term partnerships with new carriers and clients while resolving transit issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements :
