Individuals in this role serve as experienced mentors to newer drivers and provide operational support when needed to help ensure successful route execution. Senior Driving Associates represent the company's standards through professionalism, reliability, and strong decision-making. This role is part of the leadership development pipeline and prepares individuals for future opportunities in dispatch or operations leadership. Key Focus Areas Mentors Newer Drivers Provides guidance and support to new and developing drivers Shares best practices for route organization and delivery efficiency Helps reinforce company policies, safety expectations, and performance standards Acts as a positive role model for professionalism and teamwork Supports Dispatch When Needed Assists dispatch with communication and coordination during daily operations Helps address driver questions or field challenges Provides updates on route progress when requested

$23.00 - $24.50 per hour
