Key Responsibilities Develop new carrier relationships to expand our network Thoroughly research prospective carriers to ensure compliance with PGT and FMCSA safety guidelines Manage both inbound and outbound call volume to generate leads for load coverage Schedule freight dispatch with approved carriers and ensure on time pickup and delivery Quickly address potential issues and identify solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Role Requirements HS diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with truck dispatch or freight brokerage is preferred. Strong focus on customer service Driven to produce results, hit key metrics and push to reach new revenue goals Self-motivated and problem-solving This position is required to be in office.
