Charter Sales Executive Compensation:
$55,000-$85,000 base + commission — on-target earnings ~$220,000/year, with performance bonuses for monthly and quarterly flight-hour targets About ENG Aviation At ENG Aviation, greatness is Earned. Never Given.™ We're a Part 135 private jet charter and aircraft management company built on three pillars — People, Planes, and Technology — with bases serving Houston and Dallas and on-demand charter across the continental U.S. Powered by our proprietary fleet-management platform, we move faster and smarter, whether we're delivering a world-class private travel experience or supporting life-saving organ transport missions. We earn our clients' trust through transparency, integrity, obsessive attention to detail, and an uncompromising safety culture where everyone is a safety officer. We're growing, and we're looking for a Charter Sales Specialist to help our Charter Sales Executive turn relationships into booked flights. The Role This is a sales-support and quoting role for a self-motivated, highly autonomous operator who thrives on complex tasks and a fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside our Charter Sales Executive to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and charter brokers, respond to trip requests, source aircraft, and build accurate quotes that win business. You're the person who makes the deal happen behind the scenes — and increasingly out front. Success in this role is measured on real outcomes: quote volume, quote-to-booking conversion, flight hours generated, and the quality of the client experience from first inquiry to a successful trip completion. What You'll Do Respond to inbound charter inquiries (RFQs) quickly and professionally, often within minutes Source aircraft and pricing from owned fleet and the broader operator network; negotiate rates to protect margin while winning the trip Build accurate trip quotes, accounting for aircraft, positioning/ferry legs, fuel, Federal Excise Tax, segment fees, crew, catering, ground transport, de-icing, and international handling where applicable Maintain and grow relationships with HNWIs and charter brokers; log every touchpoint and keep the pipeline current in the CRM Follow up on quotes and leads persistently until they close or die — no lead left cold Coordinate with flight operations and scheduling to confirm aircraft and crew availability before committing to clients Manage trip details from quote to wheels-up: contracts, payment collection, passenger preferences, and special requests Deliver concierge-level service that reflects the ENG brand on every interaction Own your numbers: hit weekly quoting targets and quote-to-booking conversion goals, drive monthly and quarterly flight hours, and ensure every trip ends as a great client experience What You Bring Required 1-3+ years in sales, account management, or high-end customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Self-motivated and highly autonomous; you manage complex, competing priorities without being told twice Exceptional written and verbal communication; you sound polished and credible to a discerning, affluent clientele Obsessive attention to detail — a wrong number on a quote costs real money Comfort working a phone and inbox that don't stop at 5 p.m.; willingness to support trips outside standard hours Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple live deals without dropping one Comfort learning and working primarily within proprietary software; we're tool-agnostic because you'll quote and manage trips in Airpeggio, our in-house platform Preferred Background in charter sales, or experience with a Part 91 or Part 135 operator, brokerage, or FBO — highly preferred Working knowledge of charter trip pricing components and FAA Part 135 basics An existing network of brokers or HNW relationships Why ENG Join a high-growth operator with a differentiated technology platform and a dual mission spanning luxury charter and life-saving organ transport Work directly with a senior Charter Sales Executive and learn the business from someone closing deals A culture that rewards people who earn it Full medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, and 401(k) ENG Aviation is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
