Job Description

Tallgrass Freight is a nationwide 3PL built for independent freight agents who want more control, better margins, and full support. If you're an experienced freight broker, this is for you. If you're tired of being capped, slowed down by ops, or not fully controlling your book — read this.

Agents bringing a book Brokers ready to build or rebuild one Compensation & Benefits 65%+ commission splits (uncapped) 1099 independent contractor No non-compete No waiting on customer payment Full back-office support (billing, collections, carrier setup) DAT, Truckstop + 120K+ shipper leads 60,000+ vetted carriers CRM with full margin and commission transparency 100% remote Requirements Experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales Experience in truckload (FTL), carrier sales, or account management Ability to build and manage customer relationships Cradle-to-grave experience is a plus (not required) Must be based in the
