Our Memphis-based MODE agency pairs national transportation strength with local warehousing and fulfillment capabilities through Advanced Warehouse. This gives customers one point of contact for both freight and distribution services, including retail fulfillment, e-commerce pick and pack, transloading, cross-docking, storage, and final-mile or outbound transportation support. With MODE's national reach and Advanced Warehouse's Memphis distribution footprint, we provide scalable supply chain solutions for brands needing flexibility, visibility, and dependable execution in the Central United States. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Freight Sales role based in Memphis, TN. The Freight Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, maintaining and building client relationships, and achieving revenue goals. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, coordinating sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless logistics solutions. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Proven experience in Sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets Ability to lead and conduct Training sessions and manage Sales initiatives Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with CRM software and basic understanding of logistics or supply chain management is a plus High school diploma or higher. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
