In this role, you will deliver high-value, large-scale items directly to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your focus will be on providing top-tier customer service, handling delicate and bulky items with care, and maintaining a professional, friendly attitude that leaves a lasting impression. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to precision, safety, and outstanding service delivery. Duties Safely load, unload, and transport large or fragile items using appropriate equipment such as straps, dollies, or pallet jacks Deliver products directly to customers' designated locations with professionalism and courtesy Assist customers with the placement, setup/assembly, and inspection of delivered items to ensure complete satisfaction Navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, mattresses, fitness equipment, or other bulky goods during loading and unloading processes Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any concerns promptly Skills Providing customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor Valid driver's license and must own or lease 20-26 ft box truck with liftgate Active DOT and MC number required, including DOT medical card $1,000,000 general liability/$100,000 cargo insurance coverage Experience with furniture and fitness equipment delivery and assembly Strong ability to lift heavy items safely and perform moving tasks efficiently Familiarity with load & unload procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocols for manual handling Proficient with cell phone for updating orders and capturing proof of delivery Join us if you're motivated by delivering excellence every day!
