Understand international shipping and trade procedures to assist customers with shipping solutions and logistics planning. Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processing. Qualifications & Skills Strong professional email and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
