Overview The Executive Fellow position provides a rich, in-depth learning experience for a pre or post MBA professional interested in supporting a rich variety of high visibility, impactful initiatives. This role serves as a catalyst to accelerate your professional development and prepare you for a future leadership or subject matter expert role within the organization by building strategic acumen, cross-functional expertise, and executive-level perspective. This position will work alongside the Chief of Staff, EVP in direct support of the CEO who is actively involved in driving strategy, corporate development, operations, and business development.
Responsibilities General Management:
Provide analytical support to high-priority initiatives across the organization in areas including operations, finance, human resources, and legal. Promote the management team's productivity by establishing and driving the CEO's agenda, leading meetings, and driving resulting action items. Support the CEO in preparing for board meetings, customer presentations, and other internal and external communications including marketing videos, interviews, press releases, and more.Cross-functional:
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the CEO's efficiency and reach across the organization. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and the management team, the board of directors, and the company's private equity majority owner, maintaining strong relationships and responding to ad hoc requests.Strategy and Corporate Development:
Support the management team's strategic initiatives, including the active sourcing and assessment of mergers and acquisitions targets. Conduct market research, assess public and private competitors, model pro forma financial statements, review due diligence materials, form and present recommendations, and other related responsibilities.Business Development:
Support the CEO in the development of commercial opportunities with current and prospective EaaS customers including hospital systems and universities. Responsibilities include the preparation and review of presentation materials, participating in meetings with prospects, supporting related analysis and market research, as well as the review of transaction-related financial models, energy models,contracts and legaldocuments, feasibility assessments, and other items. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
- Ability to work across all levels, building relationships and driving alignment throughout the organization while exercising professional discretion given the confidential nature of information frequently discussed.
- Possess excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated abilities in financial statement analysis and pro forma modeling.
- Exceptional planning and project management skills and balancingthe needs of multiple stakeholders in the face of shifting deadlines.
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite - specifically Microsoft Excel.
- This position requires frequent driving as an essential job function. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record. Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in modeling and the preparation of presentation materials in fields such as management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, FP&A, commercial real estate, investment management, or related fields.
- Experience with complex structured transactions or commercial real estate developments.
- Solid understanding of business strategy and competitive market dynamics, as well as basic principles of contract law. Travel Requirements
