Job Description
President and Chief Executive Officer Executive Management (CEO/COO/President) Job Description Los Angeles Christian Health Centers is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center with two full-time clinics, ten part-time satellite clinics, and four street medicine teams. LACHC provides low-cost and no-cost health services to over 12,000 patients throughout Skid Row, Boyle Heights, and South Los Angeles. With a steadfast and open heart, and an unwavering commitment to follow Christ by loving and serving neighbors, LACHC is an innovative leader in homelessness healthcare services, working with the most underserved communities in Los Angeles, providing top-quality comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, oral health, optometry services, and social services. Reporting to and working with the Board, the President and Chief Executive Officer will demonstrate a deep commitment to LACHC's Christian values, and will create, effectively resource, scale, and leverage strategies for broad investment and powerful health and social impact. With relevant educational credentials and training, the CEO will bring substantial leadership experience earned in a Federally Qualified Health Center or similar health organization. Caring and practical, humble and collaborative, and motivated to lead a faith-based organization, the CEO will be a servant leader who ensures consistent service excellence, and addresses emerging issues in the clinic, the boardroom, and at policy-making tables. Solutions-oriented, inspiring, and possessing superior business acumen, you will bring deep understanding of HR and DEI practices, governance, metrics, and finance to internal operations. Confident and compelling, you will build and enhance service, academic, and funding partnerships that effectively generate capacity, resources, and financial support. You will ensure a supportive, inclusive work environment, continuous quality improvement, and effective, accountable program delivery.
