Fully agentic by design, Hilbert shrinks months-long decision cycles to minutes. From Fortune 10 enterprises to beloved brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, operators run their growth on Hilbert. We're also co-building alongside leading AI companies. Responsibilities Research and synthesize complex topics quickly: competitive landscape, market dynamics, product positioning, client context Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and follow-up communications on behalf of the CEO Track and manage cross-functional projects — owning progress across teams and flagging blockers early Analyze data and build models to support decision-making (business cases, scenario analysis, growth metrics) Assist in investor-facing and board-level prep: narrative building, data packaging, deck reviews Draft internal and external communications (emails, memos, Slack threads) with minimal direction Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to stay close to the business and connect dots across functions Requirements Strong quantitative background — math, statistics, engineering, or economics (Math Olympiad or equivalent is a major plus) Extremely sharp and intellectually curious 1-2 years of experience Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Genuine interest in AI and growth Who thrives in this role It is for someone who can look at a chaotic situation, ask the right questions, and come back with something can be used or bring ideas. You are genuinely curious about how businesses work: cohort economics, go-to-market motion, growth and AI. You read widely, ask good questions, and love using data. You are comfortable with speed and ambiguity. You have experience in roles that forced you to own outcomes across multiple functions.
ABOUT HILBERT'S AI
Hilbert is a scalable, data science-first growth engine built on four intelligence layers: Detect, Reason, Act, Optimize, running across acquisition, retention, and monetization simultaneously. No dashboards. No manual analysis. A short data ingestion and the engine is live, SOC 2-compliant, and getting sharper with every outcome. The product is proven. The customer base is growing. The decisions made in the next 18 months will define what Hilbert becomes.
