Job Description
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Executive Operations Partner to the CEO for an innovative and highly respected privately held organization within the construction, real estate, and development industry. This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in San Jose, California.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Operations Partner to the CEO will serve as a trusted extension of executive leadership, supporting daily operations, organizational priorities, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role blends high-level executive partnership with operational coordination, cross-functional communication, and project support across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to grow into broader operational and Chief of Staff-type responsibilities over time.PERKS:

Manage executive operations, including calendaring, inbox management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and communication support Coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, and operational follow-through across multiple departments Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, reports, and presentation materials to support organizational planning and decision-making Support process improvement initiatives, workflow organization, and operational efficiency efforts Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with professionalism Assist with strategic initiatives, operational planning, and evolving Chief of Staff-type responsibilities as the role growsQUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or operational leadership teams in fast-paced environments Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Experience within construction, real estate development, architecture, property management, or similarly operational industries preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, reporting tools, workflow systems, business analytics, or AI-enabled operational tools preferredCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This opportunity offers a competitive salary in the range of $140,000-$160,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and long-term career growth potential.
