Through our CEO in Training (CIT) program, you'll gain hands on operational experience, personalized mentorship from seasoned executives, and the strategic foundation needed to grow into an Executive Director and CEO. This full time, paid program role (approximately 6-8 months) is built for high potential leaders who are eager to learn, take ownership, and lead with purpose. Requirements Experience

• 2-3 years of proven leadership with strong results (required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Healthcare experience (preferred) Skills
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills

• Strong financial management and business acumen
• Experience in staff training and development
