The brand delivers fashion trends in an affordable way. We co-operate our office with our warehouse located in Little River, Miami. This is an in-house role. Do not apply to the role please if you are not located in South Florida. Role Description The Chief of Staff to the CEO is an on-site full-time role working directly alongside the CEO driving execution on strategic priorities and serving as a trusted partner to the CEO. This is a training role to eventually become Chief Operating Officer of the company. The Chief of Staff will lead and support cross-functional projects, track business performance against goals, and help oversee the warehouse functioning. The role also includes organizing operational workflows, improving processes, and enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact initiatives across e-commerce, brand, and product. Average Day at the Office includes some or all of these tasks: Review orders from that day, what's trending in sales Correspond with factories on orders pending and new development styles Review samples of new styles Create an edit of new styles to develop with factories Organize shoot with model to capture e-commerce photography Shoot e-commerce photography with iPhone Correspond with photo editors Put together orders for factories Manage warehouse team, including inbound and outbound shipments Correspond with our retailers on new assortments, as well as operational issues Mange UPS, USPS, Fedex pickups Order supplies Order new stock, and reorder into best sellers Locate styles to markdown and execute across retailers Analyze inventory and setup inventory counts with warehouse team
Qualifications:
Looking for strong operator: organized, logical, detail-oriented, professional. Strategic planning and execution skills, with experience structuring and driving projects from concept to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with metrics, dashboards, and business performance reporting. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, ideally bilingual Spanish and English speaker . Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including calendar management, prioritization, and meeting coordination. Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, vendors, and external partners. Experience in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or consumer brands is highly beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on, resourceful approach. Able to work through Thanksgiving (end of November through mid December) with increased hours
