Job Description:
Our client is a globally leading industrial technology group with a strong footprint in complex, project-driven environments. The company combines engineering excellence with a clear ambition to expand its market position across the Americas. The region currently generates revenues in the high triple-digit USD million range and is positioned as a key growth platform, with the ambition to scale beyond USD 1bn through a combination of organic growth and targeted M&A. The Role We are seeking a fully-fledged General Manager with strong project business DNA, who takes end-to-end ownership of the Americas region. Full P&L responsibility across North and Latin America Driving profitable growth and operational performance Leading a multi-country organization in a complex, matrix environment Acting as the face to the customer across public and private sector clients Managing long-cycle, project-based business with high complexity Define and execute a scalable growth strategy for the region Drive business expansion, market penetration, and customer access Identify and execute M&A opportunities, including integration Strengthen commercial excellence, bid strategy, and project delivery Build and lead a high-performing leadership team Align regional operations with global strategy and product platforms Your Profile Proven General Management experience with full P&L ownership Strong track record in project-driven / capital goods / infrastructure business Experience scaling businesses across multiple countries in the Americas Hands-on exposure to M&A and growth transformation Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and public procurement environments Entrepreneurial, execution-focused, and culturally agile leadership style Why this role?
