BOOST serves thousands of clinics across the country by helping providers protect and maximize reimbursement on Workers' Compensation and Auto claims through innovative technology, automation, and operational expertise. Unlike many companies that rely on off-the-shelf software, we design, build, and continuously optimize our own proprietary technology platform. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and President. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for helping drive execution, alignment, accountability, and strategic initiatives across the organization. The Chief of Staff will work directly with executive leadership to ensure priorities move forward, key initiatives remain on track, and the company continues to scale effectively. This is not an administrative support position. This role is designed for an experienced business professional who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership Partner directly with the CEO and President on strategic initiatives and business priorities Help translate company goals into actionable plans Monitor progress against organizational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct research, analysis, and planning to support executive decision-making Execution & Accountability Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on action items Track organizational priorities and hold teams accountable to commitments Identify risks, obstacles, and operational challenges before they impact execution Operational Excellence Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements Help create scalable systems, workflows, and operating rhythms Support organizational planning, communication, and change management efforts Improve visibility and alignment across departments Executive Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO and President Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications Lead special projects and high-priority business initiatives Represent leadership in meetings and project discussions when appropriate What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 8-10+ years of progressive business experience Demonstrated success leading projects, initiatives, or business operations Comfort operating in a leadership environment where priorities evolve and occasional flexibility in work hours may be needed to support key business initiatives and company goals. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills Ability to influence and drive results across multiple departments High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion Preferred Qualifications MBA or other advanced business degree Experience supporting executive leadership Experience in health technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments Experience with strategic planning, operational improvement, and organizational development Who Thrives in This Role People who excel in this position tend to: Think like an owner Create structure and clarity in complex situations Understands that leadership roles sometimes require flexibility and a willingness to do what's needed to move important initiatives forward.
