The Role Our next CEO will set the company's vision, strategy, and performance expectations while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day operations. This includes leading financial planning, P&L management, and cash flow oversight; driving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement; and supporting sales strategy and key customer relationships. This is not a corner-office role — we expect our CEO to be a visible, approachable presence on the production floor and willing to work alongside the team when it matters.
