The Foundation is at an exciting moment in its evolution. Following a comprehensive strategic planning process, the organization has identified a clear path toward greater community impact, stronger financial sustainability, and increased organizational sophistication. Central to this next chapter is the appointment of a President & CEO who brings a high level of executive leadership, external presence, and revenue-generation capability. The ideal candidate will offer:

Significant and progressive senior leadership experience, with a track record of leading organizations or major functions of comparable scope and complexity Proven success in revenue growth through a diversified donor and event-based strategy, or related models Experience working with or supporting a Board of Directors in a governance capacity Financial acumen, including oversight of budgets, forecasting, and organizational performance Familiarity with stakeholder-rich environments involving members, volunteers, and community partners Knowledge of, or connection to the Saint Paul or broader Twin Cities community, with an understanding of the regional business and civic landscape Qualified candidates should submit their letter of intent and resume to Vicki Stute no later than April 30, 2026 and refer to the Position Profile for further information.
