Duties Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and expand membership base. Lead senior management teams to execute operational strategies effectively across all departments. Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Drive business development initiatives to increase market share and introduce innovative products and services. Foster a positive organizational culture emphasizing leadership, teamwork, and member satisfaction. Supervise the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of senior staff members. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain transparent communication with regulatory bodies. Cultivate relationships with community partners, industry associations, and stakeholders to enhance organizational reputation. Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies proactively to stay ahead in the financial services sector. Experience Proven experience in business management within the financial or credit union industry. Extensive management experience with a track record of supervising diverse teams effectively. Strong background in financial management including budgeting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Experience in business development, member engagement, and community outreach efforts. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment. Prior experience overseeing operations in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
