Job Description:
Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare Services, Private Equity M&A Growth Our client is seeking a growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer for a lower middle market-sized, multi-site healthcare services company. The organization is embarking on an aggressive growth plan under the sponsorship of a private equity organization. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be given the mandate of being the architect of this ambitious expansion initiative and you will be responsible for establishing a solid foundation to accommodate future growth. You will ensure the growing organization adopts and implements best-in-class practices and professional processes and you will be expected to develop and lead a high-performance team. We are seeking a both strategic and tactical CEO with multi-location healthcare services experience, ideally leading a multispecialty group. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of recruiting and/or acquiring physicians, building systems and infrastructure within a health care services environment and running an active M&A growth strategy. You will ideally be familiar with building out ancillary services to scale and profitability and must have the ability to work closely with the practitioners, lenders, the equity sponsor and the Board. An attractive compensation package includes a competitive base salary, annual bonus and an equity stake.
