Pay:
$250,000-$500,000/year
Schedule:
We offer a variety of options, including full-time, part-time, and flexible hours so you can build a routine that works for you.

POSITION DETAILS
Each day looks different, but expect to: Lead care teams in skilled nursing facilities Manage complex cases discharged early from hospitals Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting Ensure continuity, quality, and compassion in every patient interaction
What You Need:
Board certification or board-eligible internal medicine, geriatrics, critical care, or family practice Previous experience as a hospitalist or in leadership positions is strongly preferred.
