Guided by our mission and values, we work collaboratively with stakeholders to create meaningful and lasting impact. Our purpose is to provide quality mental health services, early childhood education, and substance use treatment to individuals and families in need. Headquartered in Woodland, PA, CenClear is dedicated to providing early childhood, preschool, mental health, and substance use disorder services to children, teens, adults, and families from locations in Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Centre, Elk, Huntingdon, Jefferson and Mifflin Counties as well as some select programs in adjoining counties. We serve more than 14,000 adults, adolescents, and children annually in a variety of programs and services.

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth, sustainability, and community impact. Position Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the organization's chief leader and is responsible for advancing the mission, strategic direction, financial sustainability, and operational excellence of the organization. Working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, donors, community partners, and stakeholders, the CEO will champion the organization's mission while ensuring effective management and long-term success. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Provide visionary leadership and guide the implementation of the organization's strategic plan. Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and increased community impact. Lead organizational planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, equity, and inclusion. Board Relations and Governance Partner with the Board of Directors to establish strategic priorities and organizational goals. Support effective governance practices and ensure compliance with board policies. Provide regular reports and recommendations regarding organizational performance, risks, and opportunities. Financial Stewardship Oversee the development and management of the annual budget. Ensure the organization's financial health, sustainability, and accountability. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to strengthen revenue streams. Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements. Fundraising and Resource Development Serve as the primary ambassador and advocate for the organization. Lead fundraising efforts, including major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and donor cultivation. Build and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, government agencies, and community partners. Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to support organizational growth. Operations and Program Oversight Ensure effective management of organizational operations and programs. Monitor program outcomes and impact to ensure alignment with the mission and strategic goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and staff. Promote a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and professional growth. Community and Stakeholder Engagement Represent the organization at community events, public forums, and meetings. Build strong relationships with community leaders, partner organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders. Enhance the organization's visibility, reputation, and influence within the community.
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Services, Education, or a related field. Master preferred, or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Services, Education, or a related field. 10 or more years of healthcare experience in an operational environment. Demonstrated success in nonprofit management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. 5 or more years in healthcare management or supervisory experience Proven fundraising and resource development experience. Strong financial management and budgeting skills. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building abilities.
